Students’ Common Room( Girls & Boys )

There are separate common rooms for boys and girls. The Students’ Common Rooms serve as a central hub for students’ activities of various kinds. Its role is multifaceted, encompassing various aspects of student life such as organizing events, addressing students’ grievances, and fostering a sense of community among peers. While the rooms may be a platform for discussing social and political issues, it’s not limited to holding only political views. Instead, they promote inclusivity by encouraging diverse opinions and constructive dialogue. The positive values associated with these spaces include promoting students’ welfare, empowering students’ voices, and cultivating leadership skills among them.

Boys’ Common Room

The boys’ common room in the college serves as a vital space for relaxation and recreation, embodying the social heart of student life on campus. It plays a crucial role in fostering community, providing a welcoming environment where students can unwind between classes. The room is often equipped with indoor games like table tennis and carrom, particularly popular among boys, offering a fun break from academic pressure. The boys’ common room is situated on the ground floor of a building opposite our main campus and is equipped with some indoor game facilities.

Girls’ Common Room

The college has a dedicated common room for girls, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for relaxation and social interaction. In between classes, these common rooms become bustling hubs of activity, filled with conversations, laughter, and camaraderie. The common room is indispensable in creating a balanced and enriching experience.
The girls’ common room is conveniently located at the entry point of the main gate on the ground floor of the college campus and features an automatic vending machine for their use.
