A fit and healthy lifestyle is a must for all individuals, especially for young people embarking upon the journey of life. The gymnasium of Kidderpore College is a perfect place for our students to cultivate a healthy body for a healthy mind. To ensure students develop a healthy relationship with fitness our college has installed high quality fitness equipments, including weight training machines, air bikes, multipurpose benches, ab boards, yoga mats and many more. Separate slots are designated for male and female students.
Multiple lockers are also present in the fitness centre for the students to keep their belongings safe.
In this stressful world, we want to encourage our students to make health a priority. Regular training sessions are conducted by professionals and teachers of the Physical Education department to improve students’ focus and attention, relieve their stress and anxiety, and develop a strong immunity system for their overall well-being.
Our college gym provides basic fitness facility to students, faculty, and staff. The gym have a variety of equipment and features designed to support both recreational fitness and more specialized training. Here are some common elements in our college gym:
